Application and Feature:

    This series lathes are chiefly suitable for various cutting jobs, such as internal and external cylindrical surfaces turning, facing and various kind of threads cutting. The compound rest slide can be used individually by power for cutting a 300mm taper surface, or used with aid of longitudinal feed motion of the carriage by power for cutting long taper surface. They can also be used for drilling, boring trepanning etc.

    This machine is equipped with an oil pump, forced lubrication as rapid traverse, terminal end insurance. cutting of size control by travel stop power, latch hook of tailstock and safeguard against excess load etc. The power speed and rigidity of the machines can fairly meet the needs of both heavy and finish machining. These machines have features of fine appearance, concentrated control arrangement for easy operating and convenient maintenance.
